Coffee may be prepared by renters on a no charge basis on the understanding that they provide their own supplies.
Renters are responsible for their own set-up and take-down of the tables and chairs. As well as cleaning up all the messes created by their function.
The above fees do not apply to Church or Lodge functions or any of their related bodies such as UCW, Youth Groups, etc.
Must have permission of Stewards for anyone requesting hall free of charge.
